Frequently Asked Questions

As a parent myself, I really value making sure your concerns are heard and understood. Parenting comes with a lot of pressure and my goal is to be a partner in the process with you. Additionally, my goal is to make sure your child feels understood and valued when they’re with me. Facing mental health concerns isn’t always fun and easy, but creating a space that feels playful, supportive, and understanding makes a big difference.

I offer therapy for kids, teens, and their parents focusing on ADHD and anxiety.
-
Therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes long. When appropriate, I offer 30 minute parent-only sessions.
-
If I’m beginning work with your child, I like to meet one-on-one with them for the first half of session, then meet one-on-one with you the second half.
-
I offer a variety of ways to meet with parents and include you in the therapy process. For younger kids, I typically check-in with parents at the beginning of session. For tweens & teens, I like to meet with them one-on-one for 3-4 sessions before checking in with parents. I will then reach out for a parent-only session.
Parent check-ins and parent-only sessions are always available and you can request them at any time.
-
Sessions are $200/hour. I do not take insurance but I’m able to provide a Superbill that you can send to your insurance. Some insurances offer a reimbursement for out-of-network services and the Superbill would provide the appropriate information needed for your insurance company.
