If your child is anxious and you’re at a loss for how to help, you’re in the right place. Anxiety in kids and teens can be confusing and leave a lot of parents wondering how and why this is happening. I focus on parent education regarding their child’s anxiety, while also teaching kids how their anxiety shows up for them and how to face it in a small steps.
